Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ScaliQ ("Service"), including the website, app, the ScaliQ LinkedIn Connector browser extension, or any other interface, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
ScaliQ provides an AI-powered platform to assist with LinkedIn outreach workflows, including prospect discovery, connection requests, messages, and follow-ups. Features include multiple LinkedIn profiles you manage (team or client profiles), role/industry targeting, campaign scaling, metrics/dashboard, etc.
Chrome Extension Usage
ScaliQ provides an optional browser extension known as "ScaliQ LinkedIn Connector" that enables users to connect their LinkedIn account to ScaliQ without entering LinkedIn login credentials.
By installing and using the extension, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are already logged into LinkedIn in your browser at the time you initiate the connection.
- You voluntarily initiate the account linking process by clicking "Add LinkedIn to ScaliQ."
- The extension reads your LinkedIn session cookie ("li_at") from your active LinkedIn browser session solely for the purpose of linking your LinkedIn account to your ScaliQ account.
- ScaliQ does not access, collect, or store your LinkedIn password.
- ScaliQ does not access LinkedIn messages, feeds, profile content, or modify LinkedIn pages.
- The session cookie is processed only to enable account linking and service functionality.
You represent and warrant that:
- You are the owner of, or are fully authorized to manage, the LinkedIn account you connect.
- Your use of ScaliQ and the Chrome extension complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any applicable third-party platform terms.
ScaliQ does not control and is not responsible for any actions, restrictions, limitations, suspensions, or enforcement measures imposed by LinkedIn or other third-party platforms. Use of the extension and Service is at your own risk.
User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate & complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity of any users you authorize. You may choose to add multiple LinkedIn profiles you own or are authorized to manage ("senders") under your plan (if your subscription supports it).
Subscription and Payment Terms
Billing
- ScaliQ operates on subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Scaling etc.).
- Payments are due monthly (or annually if applicable).
- You authorize ScaliQ to charge the payment method you provide.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specifically stated.
- ScaliQ may change pricing; if so, users will be notified in advance (e.g. via email or in dashboard).
User Obligations & Prohibited Use
You agree that you will NOT:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Send spam, harassing, defamatory, violent, obscene content, or otherwise violate rights of others.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation with a person or entity.
- Use scripts, bots, or any method not supported by ScaliQ to interfere with its operations or violate LinkedIn's policies.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that violates LinkedIn's terms of use or terms of service, or any third-party's terms.
- Use ScaliQ only with LinkedIn profiles you own or are authorized to manage and are responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and any applicable third-party platform terms.
Safety, Limits & Compliance
To protect user accounts and promote safe usage, ScaliQ applies recommended limits, natural pacing and safety controls, and other safety measures.
While ScaliQ implements all reasonable safety measures within its control, certain factors . Such as third-party platform rules, policy changes, or detection mechanisms , are outside of our control and may affect user accounts.
Users acknowledge and agree that third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, may impose restrictions, suspensions, or penalties at their discretion. ScaliQ makes no representations or warranties regarding the actions or enforcement policies of any third-party platform and shall not be liable for any such restrictions or penalties. Use of ScaliQ is at the user's own risk.
Intellectual Property Rights
ScaliQ owns all rights, title, and interest in the software, platform, content, trademarks, etc.
You have a limited, non-exclusive license to use ScaliQ as permitted by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on ScaliQ's software or content, except as expressly permitted.
Service Availability and Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScaliQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Your sole remedy for issues will be limited to the amount you have paid ScaliQ in the last 12 months. ScaliQ's liability is limited to direct damages only.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our service, you also agree to our data processing practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScaliQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service. In no event shall ScaliQ's total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to ScaliQ during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ScaliQ is not responsible for any actions, restrictions, suspensions, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms, including LinkedIn.
Termination
Either you or ScaliQ may terminate your account at any time. ScaliQ may suspend or terminate your account for violation of Terms or policies. Upon termination, your access ends, and your data may be deleted (or retained per retention policies).
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our service or by email. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
